Yes! I do. I play piano and ukulele. I am not super good at either of them, but enough that I can play some praise & worship songs and play around.

Of course vanilla. Vanilla has ALWAYS been my favorite and ALWAYS will. 😊

Just being able to spend time outside. Swimming, evening gator rides, warmth, lots of campfires and outdoor youth activities.

Oh dear. That's a REALLY hard one. But hey, I got an answer. We had watermelon for supper and I was like watermelons gotta be the best food around!! So juicy and sweet and altogether delicious. So, there you got it. Watermelon. 🍉

Work Week 2018

Last week (June 18-23) was spent in SC with our youth group. It was my first year going on work week, and it was an awesome experience. We went to Wilderness Way Girls Camp in South Carolina and did a lot of work there at camp. We worked hard...but we also played hard. And...we grew closer to Jesus and closer to each other. ❤

We left at 4:30am Monday morning and the bus ride down was very memorable. It was 90° something in the bus [the ac quit] and we were stuck in traffic. But oh well...we made the best of it... and we were all ready to reach our destination that evening!!
👆 Mariah, Me, & Lauren early Monday morning (spirits high!!)

We worked and worked in the heat...real feel was over 100°. But it was so much fun working with other youth. We accomplished soo much and learned to know each other very well.
☝️ a group of us girls went off camp and helped an older couple move into the community there.

👆  Hanna and I put in hours of cleaning up brush!! The guy in charge showed us a big section of brush and told us he wanted it cleared...we did most of it, although a few people did help us a little here and there. It was so fun!

👆 the finished job...we felt a big sense of accomplishment!!

☝️ the cousinhood

☝️ me and cousin Ben. We had a water battle fight going on a lot of the week...so we thought we needed an "enemies of water battle picture." 😂

☝️ the Martin's of the youth group

👆 the whole clan (yes, there were about 65 of us)

We had such an awesome week...I am so thankful for all the happy memories...memories that I will cherish for a while!!

for His glory...

↟ ↡ ↟ ↡ ↟ ↡ ↟ ↡

Hour after hour,
May you continue to trust Him.
Go all in when loving and serving Him.
Read more books.
Learn a new language.
Go places you've never been before
even when it's five minutes away.
Worship like you have never
worshipped before.
Do it all for Love.
Do it all for Him.

-Morgan Harper Nicholas

↟ ↡ ↟ ↡ ↟ ↡ ↟ ↡

Lately, I have been burdened to be ALL for Jesus. There are so many hurting and unhappy people in the world. And although we may feel like we can't do much, a smile, small chit-chat with a customer at work, or loving your family at home is a big blessing. Pray with and for others. Be cheerful and joyful. Be a happy person to be around. Love others. Stay plugged into His word, and claim His promises.
All this is showing Jesus and serving Him.
"DO IT ALL FOR LOVE."
"DO ALL FOR HIM."

"Not to us, O Lord, not to us, but to Your name give glory, for the sake of your
steadfast love and your faithfulness." - Psalms 115:1

Life on the Farm

Since I last posted, we had 2 more calfs born...welcome to the farm, Fred and Frances!!
(pictured is Fred!)

Mitch got a photo shoot! The people that we sell our steers to, randomly showed up one day this past week and wanted to take pictures of the animals and us on the farm.

And then I heard every creature in heaven and on earth and under the earth and in the sea. They sang: “Blessing and honor and glory and power belong to the one sitting on the throne and to the Lamb forever and ever.”
